Our goal is to give you a suite of tools that make using your points and miles easy. However, getting there takes times and has different steps along the way. We're currently doing our best to bring you new products and features as fast as possible, to make sure the products we create are products you want. As a result, we know that our product has certain limitations, and can't handle certain use cases yet. We are aware of these limits, and are working as diligently as possible to implement a fix. Here's a list of features that aren't (yet) implemented in our product, but rest assured, we're working on it:

• AwardTravel works with the following airlines: American Airlines, Alaska, Delta, JetBlue, United. We're working on adding support for more international carriers soon.
• While most searches refresh and update results within 3-5 seconds, occasionally, it may take up to 15 seconds before we are able to display the updated prices. We're working diligently to increase the response time.
• AwardTravel does not currently work on Multi-City routes
• AwardTravel does not (yet) support price-alerts

V1 of the AwardTravel Extension was made to help you better find points and miles availability natively in everyone's favorite travel search engine.
